"Shortly after I arrived home this afternoon I heard a crash in the garage. It sounded like a car had gone through the door. Turned out that the garage door cables and spring had broken. I texted HGDR about the issue and sent along some photos. Ben quickly contacted me and said that he could arrive in about 30 minutes. He assessed the problem and gave me an estimate for my approval. Not only did Ben make the necessary repairs, but also lubricated the bearings and leveled several of the door panels. From the time I first contacted HGDR to completion of the job was less than three hours. Amazing in this day and age! Ben was prompt, professional, explained what needed to be done, and is a genuinely nice person. The charges were very reasonable too. I hope that I won't need any more garage door repairs for a while, but if I do, HGDR is the company I will call."
